
An Investment bank Morgan Stanley is convinced that Apple’s next genration iPhone dubbed as iPhone 5 would be slimmer when it comes out later this year, according to a report says via appleinsider. Device could also debut Quad-Mode chip from Qualcomm capable of both 3G and LTE across all networks. Analyst Katy Huberty wrote in a note to investors that Apple products will be high in demand throughout this year as company will be launching two of it’s flagship products revamp this year.
“Apple will also launch iPad 3 in H1 and a slimmer iPhone later this year. She also believes that Apple’s next generation iPad will have higher resolution display” she wrote.
Huberty said that touch panel technology will allow Apple to slim down the device. There were rumors that Apple is in talks with carriers to release LTE-compatible iOS devices later this year. We also reported earlier that Apple is in talks with China Telecom, third largest mobile network provider, the positivity of these talks would give Apple the confidence to bring Quad-Mode chip, capable of LTE network, to their next generation iPhone.
