According to sources front camera will be Facetime HD much like in new Macbook Pros and rear camera will be much like iPhone 4/4S. Thickness might be a little on the heavy side but not dramatically. iPad 3 will follow the design of iPad 2 but on offer could be improved Retina like Display.
